Private Rooms

Arenal room

Arenal Hall offers a large capacity and stunning views of the estuary and Bilbao's Old Town, thanks to its expansive windows. This hall serves as the club’s restaurant daily. Its decor is highlighted by two large paintings by the renowned Bilbao artist, Adolfo Guiard.

This space accommodates preferred tables for large banquets that require multiple areas.

English lounge

The stained glass windows, ceiling beams, wooden paneling, and a large fireplace are the main features of this cozy "English" style hall.

Adjacent to Arenal Hall, it is also used as an extension when the capacity or format of the event requires it.

Private room

This room, due to its smaller size, is the ideal space for events with fewer than 25 people.

Music room

Blue and green are the colors that dominate this room. Regarding its pictorial representation, the room has another large painting by Adolfo Guiard and four pastels by Manuel Losada. The estuary in Axpe de Guiard shows the transformations that the Nervión estuary was undergoing as a result of the industrial revolution. The Losada cakes, characteristic of the author, show romantic scenes in which different popular events of that old Bilbao are represented..

French Living Room

In this room, the color green and the wonderful wood paneling are the predominant features. Like the rest of the rooms, it is a versatile space ideal for conferences, presentations, corporate events for any personal or corporate celebration.

Gibraltar Room

Warm and cozy living room with large exterior windows. It is ideal for small events or to be combined with events held in the adjacent French Room.

Board room

The Bilbaina Society Board Room is the ideal space for holding private and corporate events such as professional and business events (boards of directors, general meetings, work meetings, press conferences, conventions, presentations, conferences and exhibitions). . Annexed to the room is a “hall” type space where You can serve breakfast or lunch after the event.

Main Hall

Este amplio y acogedor espacio, núcleo central de la sede, es un lugar ideal para la celebración de eventos sociales y culturales. El salón tiene una chimenea alta y está revestido de roble hasta una altura de casi tres metros. Además, está decorado con elementos de cobre y numerosos sofás de cuero.

En cuanto al arte, la sala cuenta con varias obras de Losada que, como es habitual en el pintor, representan escenas idealizadas del Bilbao burgués del Romanticismo.

Senate Hall

On its walls hang portraits that are part of the Society's private collection, such as the portrait of Máximo Aguirre, founder and first president of the Society in 1839.

It is a pleasant and cozy room with magnificent views of the Arenal.

Bailén room

Two of the main paintings from the Bilbao Society's collection hang on its walls: “Eva Arratiana” by Aurelio Arteta and “Vuelta de romería” by Ángel Larroque. Adjacent to the main hall and with impressive views, it is the ideal space for private events or as a complement to events held in the hall.

The English Bar

Located next to the main entrance of the Sociedad Bilbaina, it perfectly evokes the atmosphere of a London pub from the beginning of the century. If we add to this aspect the privileged views of Bilbao's Navarra Street, the English bar of Sociedad Bilbaina becomes a privileged space to organize a private event in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
